The 3,300 +/- sf building sets on approximately one acre at the NWC of Market Street and Ellsworth Street in Martinsville. AADT (2009) at the intersection is 10,500. In addition, there is a 1,750+/- sf building that is leased and used for automobile detailing. This building is leased separate from the convenience store and currently is rented for $4,800 per year. The tenant has been in this location for more than ten years.
